RHB Bank x Boost Stars Redemption (“RHB Rewards Programme”) Terms and Conditions
- This RHB Rewards Programme is held by RHB Bank in collaboration with Axiata Digital eCode Sdn Bhd (“eCode”).
- RHB Superdeals registered user may use their loyalty points to exchange Boost Stars for their own use or serve as a gift by transferring to other Boost account holders. The Boost Stars will be reflected in Boost user account which tagged with a valid mobile number.
- eCode and RHB Bank will not be held liable for any claim or losses of any nature including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this rewards programme.
- Boost Stars will be credited to RHB Superdeals registered user’s Boost account immediately upon the redemption successfully completed on the RHB Superdeals platform.
- Boost Stars are valid for 12 months once credited to the relevant Boost account and are not returnable/refundable once issued. eCode will not refund any unredeemed OR expired Boost Stars.
- Boost Stars are subject to Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUP” Terms and Conditions at https://www.myboost.com.my/terms/feature-terms-and-conditions/
- eCode reserves the rights to amend any Terms & Conditions of Boost Stars without prior notice.
